Can you get two of these? I have more than 9 fans.

These people saying they can be daisy-chained don't have one daisy-chained and haven't looked at the manual. Along one side it has 1 SATA power input cable and 1 input cable from ARGB header on motherboard.  Along EACH of the 3 remaining sides it has 1 PWM fan input port to connect to a motherboard fan header and 3 fan output ports whose fan speed is controlled by the PWM cable along that side.  There are NO daisy chain ports!!!  My only question is, can the ARGB header on the motherboard be connected to a splitter then have 2 TT Syncs connected in parallel to control 6 Riing Trios and 12 other Plus devices.

Has anyone gotten this thing working right with the Riing plus software out of the box?

I found they don't work with the Tt software, it fails to see the controller. What I have done instead is connect the controller to the Gigabyte Aorus RGB built into the motherboard, now I can control the lighting through the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software. Other boards have this kind of compatabiliy built in.

Question 3

For ASUS motherboard/Aura sync, does this hook to their RGB header, or to their new RGB addressable header?

Their new header.  The 5 port hub goes to sata.  I have both in my system, and the 9 port and 5 port cant be synced.  So if you have more than 9 fans, you will have some issues.  I have to set them as the same solid color because aurasync and the tt software dont share the same rgb settings, wave, pulse, blink, etc.

Does this work the newer thermaltake riing trio fans?

According to the TT web site:  "The max. rated current of the SATA port is 5A (±5%) . To avoid causing damage to the port, the TT Sync Controller is allowed to be connected with:
1. Up to 4 Riing Trio fans while adding other PLUS series products.
or.
2. Up to 5 Riing Trio fans without connecting other PLUS series products."

Will this work for non-Thermaltake rgb products, such as CoolerMaster Master Fans?

Highly doubtful. It doesn't even work with the 5-pin Thermaltake RGB Riing fans.

Question 6

Would this hub work with non-rgb led products (Corsair SP120, AF120, AF140)?

IT will NOT. This is ONLY for Thermaltake TT RGB and Thermaltake RGB Fans. MAke sure Fans using 9 pin connectors (Not 3/4pin) And these 9pin connectors are proprietary 9Pin connectors and NOT USB2 motherboard pins.
