The Renault R-35 is a popular French light infantry tank (Char lgere model 1935R) from the beginning of World War II. The name Renault R-35, although very popular, was not an official term. The R-35 was the successor to the old Renault FT-17 tank that was from the Great War. The advantage of the tank was its modern design and good armor for those times. The disadvantage was certainly the engine with very poor performance and the one-man turret forcing the vehicle commander to perform duties assigned to several crew members in other vehicles.

Also, after the Great War, the 37mm cannon was not very effective anymore. Poland purchased 100 Renault R-35 tanks from France. in July 1939, the first batch of about 50 were delivered. They were placed into use in September 1939. In the face of the defeat, some of the machines were sent to Romania and Hungary. The transport of another 50 units did not manage to reach Poland. This new construction block model from COBI is authentically reproduced using 522 unique blocks. Movable tracks, rotating turret, prints, double Polish and French emblems and a tanker figure make the vehicle a wonderful exhibition model.

Clear and intuitive instructions easily guide the builder through the stages of assembling the vehicle. High-quality, durable pad-prints increase the aesthetics of the model. The whole set is complemented by a plate with the name of the vehicle printed on it. Build a story, block by block.
