I have a Case that has 3.0 USB, but my mother board only supports 2.0 USB. So, about that 20 pin header,  where does that plug in? Is it on the motherboard? I don't have a Header Port on my motherboard. What do I do?

UltraGTman, your best approach -- if your motherboard has an unused PCI-E slot available -- would be to purchase a USB 3.0 add-on card such as the HooToo HT-PC002 card Newegg offers. That card will provide you with 2 external USB 3.0 connections in the rear of your PC while providing the header you need to support the front-panel of your case.   The price is cheaper than you'd likely spend if you had to buy a header adapter and USB 3.0 extension cables as for the next idea...

If your motherboard provides back-panel USB 3.0 ports, a Google search on "Blue 2 Port USB 3.0 Type A Male to 20 Pin Header Male Adapter Cable Cord" will show you a cable you could use to adapt your front-panel header cable to rear-panel Type A USB 3.0 female ports.  I'm guessing your front-panel cable is rather short though, and this one is as well, so you'd likely need USB 3.0 extension cables to reach the back of your case and that starts getting sloppy as well as introducing the risks of certain USB 3.0 devices not working properly.  I've had troubles with some USB 3.0 devices being very finicky with what cables I use with them, so I strongly discourage this latter approach but mention it only if that's your only choice available.

The spec says 8", is it 8" total length, or is each port cord 8"?
