The Coboc CL-AD-HD2VGA-6-BK provides a flexible power solution to cover all your applications. Just plug and play if your HDMI-enabled source provides sufficient power. In case of low power supply, you can use the included Micro USB port for connection to a computer or power adapter for extra power input. High Quality Digital-to-Analog Conversion
The Coboc CL-AD-HD2VGA-6-BK helps convert HDMI digital video signals into VGA analog video signals, and HDMI digital audio signals into two-channel analog audio signals. It is equipped with a 19pin HDMI A Male connector, a HD 15 VGA female connector, and a 3.5mm stereo audio jack. The HDMI connector supports 165MHz/1.65Gbps per channel (4.95Gbps all channel) bandwidth, while the VGA connector supports VGA analog video output up to UXGA and 1080p with 10-bit DAC. The Coboc CL-AD-HD2VGA-6-BK does not work for HDCP content.

No power adapter is required. But In order to cover cases of connecting to a low powered video card, the Coboc CL-AD-HD2VGA-6-BK offers a Micro USB female port for getting extra power from a computer or power adapter (not included).
