Exactly what color temperature is this lamp? Is there a photometric / spec sheet provided?

I don't recall any spec sheet. It is not as warm or yellow as most incandescent bulbs. I believe it is similar to 5000 K LED bulbs I have purchased. I prefer more blue than yellow for interior lighting.

Can this be used in enclosed fixtures?

Works fine in an enclosed fixture even though the manufacturer does not suggest it. I figured if it doesn't get hot, it will be OK.

Is this suitable to place in a bathroom over a vanity mirror or it it not suitable for a damp place (the bathroom shower does generate steam in hot shower)?

Although I have not used it in the bathroom, but since this are "cool" bulb, they should not create any problem unless they come in contact with hot water droplets.

Question 4

Is the output color of this bulb "white" (as in a tubelight), or blueish-white/white with a blueish tinge?
