Yes. This neck massager automatically turns off after 10 minutes. For continued comfort, allow it to rest for about 15 minutes before starting another session.
Is it cordless, and how do I check the battery and charging status?
Yes. It runs for about 70 minutes per charge. The white light pulses while charging, stays solid when full, and flashing red means the battery is below 30%.
Can I adjust the massage and heat settings?
Yes. Choose from 2 massage modes and 2 shiatsu speeds. Heat has High, Low and Off settings and works during massage; it cannot be used by itself.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. The removable sleeve is secured with a zipper; wash it in cold water with mild detergent and allow it to air dry.
