What cables are included with the power supply?

I think they might vary..  But mine had 4 sata and 2 molex.  Either way, it specifies the 24+4 power for 12V boards, so if you are worried about it not having the CPU power plug it does...  Also has 1 6 pin for video.

IT works with my Micro ITX AM2 board from Gigabyte. I am rather sure the dimensions are close to if not entirely universal. It also has a variety of standoff mounts and comes with plenty of standoffs to position where they are needed. Sorry I can't tell you for certain. I took the gamble and it fit perfect for my needs.

Does this case really have 2 external 5.25 and 2 external 3.5 bays? Because the pictures look like it has only 1 apiece.

It has one (1) 5.25" external bay (top) and one (1) 3.25" external bay situated below the external audio/usb ports - like the picture shows.

It shows 80mm fans, but also appears to have holes for 120mm. Can the rear support 120mm?

No, it does not have an 8pin CPU power connection. However, it has a 4pin and a 6pin CPU power connections.

Would a full size graphics card fit in this?

Depends on power connections, etc. but 'reasonable' video cards will fit if powered off the system bus.

Is this an ATX12 sized PSU?

It sure appears to be a standard size ATX PSU, however I've never removed it in order to measure the size.
