Enameled Cast Iron Casserole Braiser are traditionally made with Enameled cast ironwhich is fired twice for a durable and visually stunning finishoffers even heat distribution and superior heat retention, it's oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. And it is suitable for use with a variety of heat sources including Gas, Electric, Ceramic, Induction, Steam Oven, Oven.
Easy Clean up:
Hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.
Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with a soft dishtowel. Cookwares with nonstick surfaces should be wiped with cooking oil to condition them.
Please note that the hot saucepan that has just been used should not be directly exposed to cold water to avoid cracking or damage to the enamel surface due to thermal shock.
Never place cast iron cookware in the dishwasher.
Cooking Utensils:
To protect and preserve the surface of the cookwares, we recommend to ONLY use wooden, plastic or heat-resistant nylon kitchen tools to avoid scratching the enamel interior.
