Question 1

Does this case have trays that are configured for SSD drives?  In other words, do I still need an adapter bracket to fit the SSD drive into the hard drive tray?

No, you don't need any adapter brackets for a SSD. I think It has 4 slots for SSD (smaller slots) and then about 6-8 for HDD (larger slots). The "arms" that hold the drives are separate, so there is no trays or anything that is a set size, just removable "arms". I have 3 HDD's and 1 SSD; I didn't have to buy any special adapter or anything like that when I installed this. I hope this helps, and this case is great!! Highly recommended.

Question 2

Does it have any included fans? If so how many. And what fans do I have to buy for it?

It includes two 120mm white led fans in the front of the case as well as one normal 120mm fan in the back. If you want to add more fans you could add two 120mm fans to the bottom of the case, two 120mm case fans to the size of the case, and two 120mm fans to the top of the case but that many fans will probably make a lot of noise and is really unnecessary under most circumstances. Also, please note the maximum fan connectors your motherboard will hold so you do not buy more fans than your motherboard could support.

Scout 2 Ghost White supports up to 9 fans, including two 120mm white LED fans behind the front mesh panel and one rear 120mm fan for optimized airflow.

You also can install two 120mm fans on the windowed side panel to cool the graphics cards.

Question 4

Do the advertised dimensions (9.1" x 20.2" x 20.5") include the top handle, the bottom feet, and the protrusions on the sides? In other words, are the dimensions the maximum dimensions? Thanks!

Yep! It does but it will fit most atx plus watercooling. It's a nice case but if you're looking for a bigger case with a handle I would suggest the cm storm trooper but this scout is nice if you wanna have LAN parties and what not. Both of them keep temp cool and with a gtx 560ti in both of them.. I still have a lot of space!  One thing though. Scout won't fit EATX. It will barely get in!

How much clearance is there for a cpu heatsink? How large of a heatsink could you put in this case if you were using a standard ATX board?

I have a standard heat sink in mine, and I have about an extra 2-3 inches on all sides with 3-5 inches off the top (out towards the door).

I was wondering if this case can house a XFX R9-290X ENFC Radeon R9 290X 4GB on a GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X Motherboard. I am new to computer building, as this will be my first one, and I am paranoid about compatibility. Also, will this case fit a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on that same motherboard? Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!

Let me start off by saying I love this case and I feel it was a very good buy.  Everything you mentioned should fit in there just fine.  It's a pretty roomy case for being a mid tower.  The r9 290x should fit with room to spare.  My gtx 285 is just a little longer than the 290x and it fits perfectly with about a half an inch clearance.  The motherboard is standard micro atx and is compatible as well.  The cpu cooler should fit but I've only ever used stock coolers so I can't say for sure.  From the specifications the CM Hyper 212 EVO is about 6 inches high and I measure about 6.5 inches from my motherboard to the inner edge of the case.  The sides are "bent out" also which will give you more room so it should fit fine.  I hope that answers all your questions.  It's a great case and I personally recommend it.  I've been building PC's for about 5 years now if that matters. Enjoy your first build! :)

Can a Corsair H100 CPU water cooler fit in this case? Does it have the correct features to mount the H100 radiator and fans along the top for a push/pull configuration?

I personally have a H100 mounted on my case. I feel like it would be very tough to mounted inside the case,  but I know you can mount it on top of the case under the handle giving it more of a modded look. That being said, I feel like you should strongly consider the noctua DH-14 could cooler. It's quieter and provides better cooling than the H100. I would only recommend the H100 if you need the system to be super portable.

I noticed that part of the top HDD cage is removable. In the video she takes off one side. I was wondering if the other side of the cage (the one adjacent to the front fans) was also removable in order to provide for greater air flow. (can't submit without a question mark?)

Hey Chris! Unfortunately the other side of the cage doesn't come off. I was hoping it would and was a little bummed out. The airflow is still great but yeah, only the side closest to the motherboard can come out. Hope this helps! If it makes any difference, I love this case, its pretty awesome.

Can you use the side panel on this case for storm enforcer? Cause as i know, the haf 912 side panel does fit the enforcer
