will this fan and heatsink fit in a gigabyte GZ-G1 PLUS CASE with a gigabyte GA-G1 SNIPER A88X MOTHERBOARD WITH THE AMD A10-5800K FM2 SOCKET APU  WITH G SKILL SNIPER MEMORY ?

I built my system on a GIGABYTE GA-F2A85X-UP4 FM2 AMD A85X (Hudson D4)  HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model 996770.
The GeminiII S 524 fits well into this system and, for me, performs flawlessly. I also loaded everything into the GZ G1 Plus case with no problems other than a few minor cable management issues that were no big deal. 
Been running the system for a few months now and the performance is top shelf for a budget system.

Question 2

Will this work for the Haswell LGA1150 Intel Core CPU? It says it's compatible in the product info/specs, but it doesn't say anything about the LGA1150 Intel Core CPU on the box in the product video overview--it's slightly conflicting information, it seems.

Hey I understand your frustration with finding out what these heatsinks are compatible with so I took a little bit of time to look around. First I looked at the information in my box and didn't find anything about the 1150 socket so after a little looking around on the internet I found on the cooler master website an updated spec for what this heatsink is compatible with

If you google the model and go to the cooler master page for it then you'll see what I saw.

So yes it is compatible with the LGA 1150 intel socket.  While I was digging around I discovered that the LGA 1150 socket is a newer socket for intel so that is why I couldn't find information on it the box. Enjoy the heatsink! It's been doing me well since I got it like 5 months ago.

a have a G.skill ripjaws X F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL Ram, and i like to know if i could use this CPU cooler with that ram?
my processor is Intel Core i7 2600k with socket LGA 1155.

the specs say it fits LGA 1150 but the box does not. so is this one not compatible with LGA 1150?

I don't think I can answer your question, since I am presently using this cooler on an AMD A10-5800 cpu.  Had you tried contacting Coolermaster, regarding their product specs?  I wish I could be of more help, especially since I no longer have the enclosed instruction sheets.  Sorry!

Many people say this is a low-profile cooler, but I'm also looking for a cpu cooler to overclock with. Does this cooler work well with overclocking, and should I use the included thermal compound or buy the famous Arctic Silver 5 Compound and Arctic Silver Cleaning Kit to remove the old thermal paste?

Hey buddy, I'm a Professional PC builder and Technician with over 15 years experience. Honestly, I use a small amount of 91% Alcohol and a lint free cloth to clean the CPU. Personally I don't over clock but my i5 3570 runs idle around 25*c in a 74*f house. (sorry for the multiple here I'm on my phone) under load in my well ventilated case it reached 55*c-60* max, I've never seen it higher and usually my video card runs hotter then CPU (GTX 660).

To answer your other question, it is a very low profile cooler. I'm able to fit a fan on the side door without interference or trouble with wires. You can orient it two ways, over the ram or towards the rear of the case. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade from the stock Intel CPU heatsink and fan. I still have the 120mm fan that came with the heatsink preassembled. I've found no need to swap it to the optional 140mm fan because I feel the cooling is sufficient. If you over clock it may be a good idea to try the 140mm fan.

What is the hight?

I am going to be getting the ASRock M8 and it only has a maximum heatsink hight of 80mm

This will not fit in an 80 mm space.  I didn't measure mine, but the manufacturer's website provides the dimensions: 144 x 144 x 105 mm (5.7 x 5.7 x 4.1 inch).  For others' reference I don't think this includes the fan, which adds another inch: 120 x 120 x 25 mm (4.7 x 4.7 x 1 inch).

Will this have any compatibility issues on a Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP Z87 Motherboard? I will also be installed in a nMEDIAPC Black Aluminum / Acrylic / Steel HTPC 6000B ATX Media Center / HTPC Case.

The case you want to use might be too small, I have a big case with lots of room, I liked this cooler cause it has a lot of clearance for high performance ram with heat sinks. its still a little of tight fit over the ram but I can remove and install ram without removing the cooler. Its a good cooler, I don't overclock,gets really good temperatures while video encoding.Only thing I don't like about it is its loud, but I'm not much of a stickler for noise. I recommend looking at the RR-GMM4-16PK-R2 its pretty much the same cooler but for small form factor cases, it doesn't have much room for ram with heat sinks but you're gonna have that problem with small cases.

Would this fit inside a Cooler Master Elite 130 case?

I recently installed it in a Rosewill FBM-02 microATX mini tower case, which was only 6.89" wide.  It just fit.  As the ME 130 case is 8.1" high, you should have no problem.

Question 10

Where to the rubber washers go? Right now this is mounted without them on my MSI Z87G45. It was extremely hard to get the nuts on and i don't think it would work with the rubber washers without breaking something.

I didn't use them, seemed like it would prevent a solid/tight fit for the heat sink. I do not have any noise issues with the system as I did NOT leave the bracket's loose . . . quite the contrary. If your'e concerned you can certainly use them; they should theoretically decrease the vibration caused by the fan. If your system is tightened and organized properly they really shouldn't be required.
