Does this come with Thermal paste?

Yes it does, but I alwayus use and recomend using Artic Silver 5.  Used that and it works great!

Is this cooler compatible with the Kraken G10?

Yes, it is compatible with most cases, but I did look at the kraken G10 specifically, and it is a solid yes. Just a tight fit.

how long is the tubing?

I ordered this for my boss's computer if I recall the tubing is about a foot long. The boss's case was a corsair 250D and the fan is mounted on the back of the case next to the mother boards rear I/O

Could I just switch out the tubes and install new plastic see through ones?

First it would void your warranty, second they are not made to be removable.

Will this fit in the Cooler Master Elite 130 Case?  with single fan or both fans?

It was a tight fit for me with a single fan.
