Will this cooler (MasterLiquid Pro 280) fit in a Cool Master Storm Trooper Case on a I7-7700K?

Accepted Answer

According to the manufacturer's specifications for your case, a 280mm AIO cooler is not compatible.  Cooler Master does, however, make a 240mm AIO cooler that should be compatible with the mentioned case.  Please refer to the Cooler Master Website for complete details.

I have a Cooler Master Storm Trooper case with an AMD Sabertooth 990FX motherboard and I was wondering if it will fit?

Yes it will fit in to the top of the case. You can look up Cooler Master Storm Trooper case on Yahoo and go to the photo's and you can see how it will fit in the case, it will be a tit-fit.
I have tried many types of Coolers and as of right now this is the one I'm using do to how Quiet it Operates and how it performs better over the others.

I'm building a new system with a GIGABYTE GA-990FX-Gaming AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard, AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor, and a CM Storm Trooper - Gaming Full Tower Computer Case with Handle and External 2.5" Drive Dock with Side Panel Window, will the MasterLiquid Pro 280 All-In-One CPU Liquid Cooler with FlowOp Technology by Cooler Master fit or should I go with the 140 model?

I want to say yes. The 280 model should fit fine. You can also read up on the CM Storm Trooper questions. Several inquiries have asked and many said yes. IMO however, when i got the 280, it is fairly large and there is some contact from the Rad screw to the RAM. But i have the 570X case from Corsair. I should have gone with the 240 but the 280 is ok.

Question 4

Does Cooler Master cover water damage to other parts (GPU,MOBO,CPU,PSU) ?

Based on what I'm reading, if you can prove that it was the AIO cooler that leaked and destroyed your other components. It should be covered by Cooler Master...

Question 5

Would this fit in a Corsair 200R case, top mounted? Case says it has 2x120 / 2x140 on top (product page here https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018)... PC Part Picker list incompatible but 2x140 = 280 so should fit, right?

PC Part Picker is right, there isnt enough clearance for the RAd and Fan. Only Fan clearance. Top mounted Rad and Fan would obstruct RAM.  120 Rad would fit the exhaust mount.

So this wont fit my Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel ATX Full Tower? ='(

The Antec 1200 appears to support only 240mm AIO coolers (rear mounted, rear fan grill supports 2 120mm fans)
Nothing indicates it will support a top mounted cooler, unless you are into custom modding your case (not recommended).
I would look at the MasterLiquid Pro 240 or some other 240mm AIO.
