does this come with the AM4 bracket for AMD?

Its one of the few coolers that comes with that bracket stock.  It's two clips, you screw into the mounting holes on the actual water block that simply clips onto the AM4 socket's stock brackets.  The connection is solid and cooling is very effective.  It also has 4 mount points for up to a quad fan solution for push pull (what I'm doing) if likely needs no .ore than the 2 fans provided.  My buddie is using it that way.  Love the cooler, painless installation.

Does it come with coolant or do i have to buy  that separate?

It's an AIO, which stands for All In One liquid cooler.  So yes, it's a closed loop that comes filled and you can position however is optimum for you without having to worry about a reservoir or filling it.

Does this come with thermal paste?

Yes, it comes with a small tube of CoolerMaster Mastergel thermal compound, which should be enough for at least a couple of applications.

It does, it comes with cooler master mastergel , which I didn't use, so I'm not sure about it's quality or properties, but it does come with some if you need it in a pinch.

According to their literature the Cool MasterLiquid 240 is AM3+ compatible.  Included with the pump are multiple brackets for mounting to different CPU's

I am planning on getting this cooler, comes with a bundle that im getting with the ryzen 1800x and ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero AM4 AMD X370 my question is, i am looking for a FULL TOWER and im new to water cooling what cases would you suggest to get that would work with this cooler?

I used a Fractal Define S (no optical disk bay). The radiator is mounted at the front of the case. Hoses are just long enough, and I had to locate the pump hoses towards the bottom. Radiator hoses also towards the bottom as is usually recommended. If you have a large video card it can make things tighter with hoses stretched over the card. I expect top mounted would work better with respect to hoses, but front mount allows me to use cool exterior air with fans mounted to pull air in. Front inlet has a dust filter. Be careful using the Crosshair fan test function. It ran the pump up to full speed and it gurgled for a hour or so! Hose length is about 14 inches, but remember the hose is stiff and the pump and radiator connections constrain routing. Good luck.

Will this mount in a HAF 912?

I recommend you call Coolermaster support and ask them.  Unfortuantely, the have not provided accurate compatibility information on their website for these liquid coolers.  Existing case specification information such as handles 240x2 is not adequate when it comes to these water coolers, which are thicker than simple fans.  Regardless of what customer support says, make sure you order from a dealer that will accept returns if it does not fit.  I had received inaccurate information from web sources AND MasterCooler support regarding a similar issue with the 280x2 water cooler.

will it fix an antec 1200 v3 case?

I would say "no" based on the fan size differences (240mm on radiator) and (120mm fans on case). The case specs does not specify if it supports 240mm fans in order for you to mount the radiator in the fan bay.
