will this keep an i9-9900K 95W cpu cool?

It is currently 63F outside and my cpu is currently working at 100% load using folding@home with this cooler installed AND the cpu is prebinned from siliconlottery for 5ghz.
It is also running battletech in the background since this morning because I left it on the character creation screen :P

Temperatures for each core is under 87 degrees C tops under this extreme load. Most are running right around 80C or less, this is in celsius though as opposed to the outside fahrenheit. 
I just ratcheted this down to light folding power, dropped loads to only approximately 45% across all 8 physical cores. Temperatures over the course of just a minute or two dropped back down to nothing more than 65C.

This is under quite a heavy load, and while doing this I've noticed no lag on High, medium, or low folding power while performing other functions on this system. Websites and browsers still functioned quickly, windows alt tabbed between programs easily. So ANYTHING less  than a hardcore cpu intensive application should run MUCH cooler than what I've experienced here.

Furthermore... as an install for a fan, this is one of the BEST i've ever done. and for a case i recommend the enthoo pro for having most of the cable management done FOR you already. Made for the easiest and quickest one person install i've ever gone through (some fans i've had to 2man just because of how much of a pain they were).

Will this be a good option for an 11th gen intel i7 (no overclock)?

works amazing on my current i990ks with a 5ghz oc
i doubt you'd have a problem with a newer cpu at stock speeds

Will this fit a Ryzen 9 5900x?

If you plan to push an aggressive overclock on it then no. Otherwise it should be fine. My son wanted this cooler for his AMD 1600AF build so go for it.

Do you have to use the RGB controller or will the MB RGB controller work ?

You can control the RGB through your motherboard or another controller. I have it plugged into the box that came with my RGB fans along with my case/other RGB strips, and then that is plugged into the motherboard RGB header, and I use Razor Chroma Sync to control/sync everything together.

How do you install this for an LGA 1200 processor? Instructions don’t say anything about it.

The Cooler Master MasterAir MA620M is compatible with AMD Socket AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2+, FM2, and FM1. However, there is no mention of compatibility with new AMD LGA motherboards.
