Does the AM4 bracket come in box with it or do i have to get one???

Yes it does, just be careful when installing it cause the first time i tried install it the fans were blowing the air backwards

i could swear i read somewhere the fan assembly can just slide off upwards for easy cleaning but now i cant seem to verify this. Does anyone know if the fan assembly just slides up and off the heatsink?

They don't exactly slide off, but they are clipped onto the heatsink.  Each fan is held in place by a plastic bracket that wraps around and latches onto grooves in the heatsink fins.  to take them off you just have to bend the clips a little bit to get them to release.

will this cooler fit in the inwin 303 case does any one know maybe from personal experience?

I cannot say from experience, but comparing demonions of your 303 inwin case and my master cooler h500p case, I think you will have ample space.

Does anyone know a reason why my LED is not on for the fans? The fans are on and going but the LED'S are not.

It’s probably the aurus software.  I have a similar problem where I turn it on in the motherboard software for lighting but it doesn’t remember when I reboot.  Plus one fan doesn’t spin at all.  I tried to RMA but they never got back to me.  I’m regretting this purchase.
