Does it light up when it's turned on?

No this model doesn't come with lights. But you can install your own lit fans.

Question 2

Can the fans be mounted to the other side of the  radiator? So that the fans are pulling air, instead of pushing. I have a Rosewill R5 Gaming case which is made for water cooling, but the fans need to mount on the opposite side of the radiator...

The fans can be flipped to push or pull but only the radiator can be mounted to the case then the fans to the radiator it cannot have fans mounted to case then radiator mounted to fans. Also the quality control on these is very bad I’m returning mine because it arrived with the mounting bracket broken and a defective pump.

Can I replace the fans? If so what size?

Stock fans care quite noisy at high speeds, you can replace them with better pressure optimized 120mm fans. Something like Arctic P12, those are quiet and inexpensive

According to the block compatibility list, it will.  It came with tons of adapters to fit Intel and AMD blocks.  It was really easy to set up.

Yes, and you don't even need thermal paste as it comes with a tube in the box. Also it is Ryzen compatible right out of the box.

The unit is a sealed unit, the liquid is already in the system, and the system has been designed ready to go, with no air bubbles in the lines

Will this cool a Ryzen 5 3600 well? It would be paired with 3 intake fans and 2 more exhaust fans excluding the fans on the radiator

More than enough for a Ryzen 5 3600. Cooler fans are a little noisy at high speeds but since the 3600 doesn't put out a lot of heat you can tweak fans in Bios to run silent even at full CPU load

Is this radiator compatible with the MasterCooler Cosmos II case?  I don't see the ML240Lite listed but the dimensions are roughly the same as other supported units.

Wow that is a full-size tower more space  than you can think of even capable of a larger AIO or create your own  water cooler unit

It has a copper base plate which is standard for the vast majority of AIO coolers.
