Does this allow you to power argb fans? Does this allow you to use argb fans if you dont have any argb headers

I have this and the answer is yes, but you are limited to the effects supported by the mini-controller and be warned that it, oddly enough, does NOT have a static mode, all the modes cycle between different colors. You can also optionally connect the controller to the motherboard's ARGB header if you have one available and click the pass-through button in the controller so ARGB lighting is controlled by the motherboard (and thus software like AuraSync).
