It's a free download. These work really well, but if you have the extra money, the light loop series of rgb fans are even better

Does the Masterfan Pro 120mm air flow 3 pack come with mounting screws?

the fans have mounting screws included, the controller has a magnet to attach it to the case.

Question 3

Can I just take 1 of these fans(I was planning on getting airflow) and replace the fan on my CPU cooler(AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler)? I'm not taking off the heat sink, just replacing the fan.

First of all you would be better off with the high static pressure fan if you van replace the stock fan. Second I would honestly just look into an after market cooler.

Does it come with a fan hub or splitter?

no splitter, just a hub, but its not the same type of hub that the c700p has. I ended up selling it to someone else and getting a thermaltake view91, and extra fans for it. was much easier.

Question 5

I have a few questions,
1. Can I use this RGB hub with a RGB CPU fan?(Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition CPU Air Cooler, 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes, 120mm RGB Fan) along with
    the fans that come with this(120mm air flow specifically)

2.  if not, would it be in sync if I use the "LED CPU" header on this mobo(GIGABYTE B450M DS3H AM4 AMD B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard)

3. if either would work, is there one which is better?

4. (not really a question, but a request for verification) it looks like I would need to also buy a fan hub to power the fans(my mobo only has one system fan header), I 
     want to make sure I understood this correctly before I buy anything.

5.  Would I plug the SATA into the RGB hub from my motherboard, or from my PSU?

6.  What exactly does the USB do? if I plug the SATA in from my motherboard, do I need to use it?

7. Supposing I need to use the USB, I assume I plug it into the "F_USB1" or "F_USB2", again, I want to make sure I understand this before I buy anything.

1. Should be able to. Note that the corsair setup is better overall though, IMO. It'll cost you more for that with the LL series fans, but I recommend them if you can afford it.
2. Gygabite is partially compatible with cooler master stuff. You'll want to refer to the web page for the specific motherboard.
3. As noted above, if you can afford it, do the LL series Corsair that comes with the commander hub.
4. Yes, this is just an RGB hub, and doesn't power the fans.
5. It's SATA power - so from the power supply. The only connection to the Mobo is the USB header connection which allows you to connect to the software.
6. Answered above (#5).
7. Yes, this would plug into whichever USB header on your mobo is available. If I remember correctly, the cable comes with it.

If you search newegg for Corsair LL, you'll find what I was referencing above.
