Do these work with ASUS Aura Sync?

Yes. Each fan has a 4-wire fan header connector and a 4-wire RGB LED connector. I ended up getting some 4-way splitters for the RGB connections and 4-way fan splitter with separate speed sense & 12 v power connection. They work great with Aura & have pretty good color consistency. I think the color effect is a bit weak on the 140 mm fans, they have the same 4 LED's as the 120's & it doesn't seem like quite enough. I also wish these fans had higher air volume and/or static pressure - but they are pretty sweet. I like the Thermaltake Riing RGB fans for performance & the Riing Plus with individual LED control are pretty sweet. I wish Thermaltake had done clear or translucent blades for more of a blade color effect but the basic Riing concept is cool, but alas no Aura sync.
