Question 1

What size power supply can it accommodate? I need about 450W for my planned build, so I'll need an ATX size psu. Everything else should fit.

This will fit a standard ATX power supply. I built one with a Corsair CX600 and all fit just fine.  A power supply with modular cabling would be suggested for easier cable management.

Question 2

Does this case stay COOL? I am concerned the sound dampening foam will increase my temps. Also does the case provide enough space for decent cable management?

The case is wonderful when it comes to cable management. Incoming fans have dust guards that can be easily removed and cleaned. It looks like the front fans have a spot to put a filter although it didn't come with one and I don't know for sure that's what it's for. The case is that lightweight material so it doesn't seem like the metal heats up much. The front looks like you could have two incoming fans. The bottom is meant to have the PSU fan pull from below (the dust guard slides out the rear of the bottom). Then there is a spot for two outgoing fans on the back and one in the top of the case. It comes with one fan in the front and one in the back. The top airflow comes with a plate held on by two magnets to close that air hole if you feel like it's too loud (we did, no problems yet). The plate is nice because like everything else in this case, it is so well designed, it looks sleek and is totally effective.

Is the front door removable?

It hinges on the left. Opens very wide and smoothly.  Then inside that there is the dust cover for the fans on the front panel, as well as the ports.  I haven't tried to remove it though.  Never seemed to have the need.

Question 4

If the front door is closed, how much of a difference in cooling performance does it make? Or does it outright block incoming air?

Closing the front door does restrict airflow but the little side vents on the sides of the front ensure continual airflow regardless. Also keep in mind the case has a top vent-plate (with magnets so you can stick it right next to the dust-screened opening while utilizing top vent), if you're worried about air getting too cooped up in there. In terms of measurable difference in cooling performance I would say usually around 10-20F depending on your fan setup and overall PC workload.

Question 5

Will this fit an Enermax ETS-T40-TB, I heard someone say it would fit the EVO, this one is only 1 mm taller?

It will be a gamble. The official allowable max cooler height is 155mm, as per Cooler Master. However, the Hyper 212 Evo is 159mm and it did fit, but the top of the copper heating pipes were making light contact w/ the noise dampening material inside the case (not enough to exert force or bulge the panel outward). 
So I don't want to say it will fit but then again it might, so I guess it's just a Dirty Harry question. I guess if it doesn't fit, you could just send it back to newegg w/in 30 days.

Question about the SD Card reader.
What is the connection to the SD card reader to the motherboard?
I will use a GIGABYTE GA-H97M-HD3

This motherboard has two USB 2.0/1.1 ports and USB 3.0/2.0 ports
which are internal. I am not talking about which will be at the back of case. I am talking about the connectors on the motherboard.
This case has two USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 ports. 
And the SD Card reader.
Will the two USB 3.0 ports connect into one plug or two?
And would I use USB 2.0 because it is USB3.0/USB 2.0?
And last :P Which connectors does it require and how many?

It uses the standard usb connector internal pin out for the card reader. You should connect it to the usb2.0 connector on the motherboard. If you did connect it to the 3.0 connector, it would still work as long as your pin out is right, but it'd run at the usb2.0 speed anyway. The usb3.0 connectors use just the one cable/connector. Same thing for the usb2.0 ports. You'd need one usb3.0 internal connector and 2 usb2.0 internal connectors to run everything.

Is this case compatible with an ATX power supply or does it need a micro ATX supply?

Has anyone tried putting a Corsair Hydro Series H100i V2 Extreme Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm (CW-9060025-WW) In this case ??

I used a Corsair H50,  it fit perfectly.   The description says it has room for up to 240mm.   There is a removable panel on the top of the case,  you should have enough space there to mount a 240mm radiator.

No,  it only supports a 155mm height not 159mm

Question 10

I am concerned with the oversized video cards and whether or not they will fit in this case.  I want to down size from the mid atx form factor but my main concern is the video card size.  Can anbody provide insight as to how much room i will have or give an example of the cards you are running so i can review dimensions?

I use this case for a little computer that I don't use to much. I have an old full size Sapphire 7870 Ghz edition inside of it and it worked fine. Longer cards should be fine.
