Does this come with clips so i can mount it to my hyper 212 like the original fan that I'm replacing?  If not how do you mount it?

Hyper 212 comes with a standard fan and separate mounting bracket holding that fan.  You need NOTHING additional besides a standard fan like this to take the original fan off the Hyper 212 and put a different, standard 120mm fan on.

What color of blue is this?

Dark blue with a touch of purple. I will say I purchased 3 of these and they are slightly different in color. You will notice a difference. Might want to try out the corsair fans.

i assume i can use this for a dell vostro 260 case fan? on the back?

what is the original fan size .... this fan is 1 inch thick and four and thee quarters wide make sure it is same size as original fan... it comes with 3 pin connector and an adapter for direct power from power supply ... hope this helps you

No it does not have the Intel PWM control provided by a motherboard header with a 4th pin.  Yes it does come with a PSU wire harness 4 pin adapter to plug it straight into the PSU instead of the motherboard.

Yes this will work perfectly for the CoolerMaster v6 gT

The dimensions of this fan match exactly with the dimension specifications of your heatsink cooler.

I am verified owner of this fan nice and quiet good airflow and design.  It's thin 25mm works nice for your cooler i would think depending on your case environment.

Yes they are on all the time...i don't know of anyway to turn them off..I suppose one could install a switch.. or cut a lead to the LED. ...but i don't see it as worth the trouble...if you really hate the LEDs I would just buy them without LEDs.
