Provided you have the standard 630 and not the full-windowed one, it will fit.  As for noise level, I can't speak to that since I don't know how loud the stock fan is.  That being said, I don't even hear it turning in my HAF XM.

I was wondering what cables I need inorder to connect this to my new pc build? it says 3/4pin yet im not sure on which to purchase. I also want to get another cable to allow more fans to be connected to my psu pci-e 730w. Let me know! Thanks =D

I have one and it is quite and move a good amout of air keeping my PC cool under loads. But to answer your question no cable is needed it will work with a 3 pin or a 4 pin plug on your motherboard.

I actually bought this to replace my top fan on an Antec 900. Little did I know that fan mounts are not universal. I just zip tied it to the top grate lol. As for your specific case, it looks like there are four mounting screws on the top grate, in which case it will mount.

Does 3/4 pin connector mean I can plug in the 4-pin connector, and my motherboard will be able to control the fan speed?

Yes. U can control the mb fan headers via the bios

Will this be compatible with the mounting brackets of a Hyper212 Evo cooler? I know the EVO uses a 120mm fan and I'm pretty sure it's all fairly standard, I just want to be sure.

no,this fan will be 80mm too large,which is a very large amount.This fan is too big for that,way too big,plus it wouldn't pass air through a heat sink very effectively anyway since this is not a static pressure fan,so if it WERE the right size,it still would not work (very well).

yea that fan will fit in your case. The fan is the same standard dimensions as a stock 200 mm fan.

Considering buying 2 of these fans to put on top of my NZXT Phantom 530 case. Says i can do 2x200mm but im just worried about compatibility issues. By any chance has anyone tried 2 on top or know if they both fit fine?

But the 200mm Cooler Master 200mm fan that comes with the Cosmos glows blue and has 120mm mounting points that to a metal bracket.

Any other 200mm fans with 120mm mounting points?

Will this fan fit in the top of my HAF X? The specs say that the top takes a 200mm,but the side is 200mm and they don't look the same.

If the case specs say that a 200mm case fan will fit there then yes it will fit. I had this in my corsair 500R on the side and it sat in there just like the stock 200mm that was in there.

The mounting holes are 154mm by 154mm.   If you don't know the spacing of your mounting holes, measure them!  The fan itself is 200mm x 30mm.
