How many amps does this fun draw?

Hello,We are store SXDOOL Electronics Global.What size fan do you need? The current values of fans of the same size will be different in a certain range, and the difference is not big. We will suggest to choose the quiet medium air volume. The greater the current, the greater the air volume, the greater the relative noise. Choose the right voltage, the current can be allowed to choose in a certain range.

Is this a 120 volt fan?

No, this is a 12-volt fan.  It is designed to plug into the 12-volt chassis fan headers on a computer motherboard.

current fan is a two (2) wire plugged into motherboard, can this fan work in this case?

To the best of knowledge, yes.  I believe it means the fan just will always run at full speed.  The additional pins sense the speed of the fan, and can slow it down if the PC feels it can operate it at a lower (and quieter) speed safely.

Can I use this to take air IN to my computer?

Accepted Answer

Of course, it just depends on the way the fan is mounted.  It will mount from either side, and only turns in one direction.  Just mount it so that the fan blade pitch blows air into the case.  That having been said, this fan is so quiet because it does not run very fast (1900 rpm), and, as such, does not move a high volume of air; if you step up to a faster fan with more CFM, the noise will progressively increase along with the airflow.

Hello, that's inclediable that this fan is 2.005mm thick!  How do they manage that?  Are there any fans thicker?

If you install fans in your computer chassis, you can choose a thickness of 25 mm. This is the thickness of the mass cooling fan for a chassis fan. 20 mm is more space saving. Of course, there are 10-15mm. Select as needed.Thanks! - SXDOOL electronics global

Does this come with splitters like the 92mm verison does?

There is a 3-wire cable coming off of the fan for power, going to a single molded connector.

The description indicates that this fan is 92mm, but the picture  would have you believe that it's only 90mm.  Which one is it?
