you need a 3rd 6+2 PCIe cable.  The PSU will ship with 2, but you need 3 SEPARATE cables.  Support will tell you to order a custom cable from some aftermarket site.  I had a "parts bin" of misc PC cables, and NONE of the 6+2 PCIe cables worked with this PSU.  Honestly, it's better to buy a  PSU with a native PCIe Gen 5 cable.

You shouldn't need any extra cables. The RTX 40 should include a dongle cable for their unique power adapter.
