Yes that GPU only requires 350W and it can be powered if this computer is not for gaming then I highly suggest using normal mode as the GPU doesn't require much wattage to power it. If this is a PC that you want to game on high / ultra setting games like Battlefield 3 & 4 I would suggest kicking that GPU to something higher than AMD Radeon HD 7870 or 7970 or 7770 series instead.

What I like about this PSU it has a two mode normal or hybrid the normal uses less power while hybrid switches to power that you need for high tense workload good for GPU that requires more  wattage.

I have a DELL 780MT with a 255W ps. Looking to upgrade PSU. Is this compatible with my system?. Currently no GPU installed - set-up is a Q8400 with 6GB's of DDR3 memory running Win7 64 bit OS. Thanks

I'm sorry, I don't know the direct answer to your question. My guess is that the P.S. works in any non-Apple computer. I say that because Apple tries to be different and I have no experience with Apple at all.
