Could anyone, please, confirm that you could install more than 3 HDD given the space on the back of the case?

THE TRAY HAS 3 SLOTS, NOW AS FAR AS FITTING IF YOU FORCE IT OR ADD ANOTHER TRAY YOU COULD FIT MORE . IN THAT TRAY AREA YOU COULD FIT PROB 12 HDDS, NOW THAT IS HAVING THEM SITTING ON ONE ANOTHER THOUGH, (PEOPLE LIKE TO FREAK OUT ABOUT THAT LOL)

Does the Door come off the hinges easily? Because it requires alot of swing when opened which is space I don't have.

You need to swing the door about 12 inches to pull it off the hinges, once you get there it's very easy to pull off.

are any of the fans that come with it led fans?

Unfortunaty no. The fans that come with the case are AF140L, 3 of them (2 front and 1 back). The led switch on the front I/o is just a switch, there is no breakout box for corsair led fans with this case.

How Hot do you HDDs get in this case?

They do get a bit hotter than I would prefer it would have been nice if they moved the cage down a bit and put a small exhaust fan up top

Can this case support a 280 mm radiator (CPU cooler)?? I would like to know if the NZXT X62 280 mm would be compatible on the top OR front of this case.

Yes, a 280 mm would fit at the top. I have a Corsair H115i mounted in the top. I can't be certain of the front.

can this case fit a EVGA Supernova G2 1300W 120-G2-1300-XR Fully Modular Power Supply?

Yes it will fit.  I will say, when I built with this case for my client, I put his HX1000i in there, also fully modular, and it fit, the only issue is ironically the cable management.  Some of the cables from the front of the case going to the lower side of the mainboard I just had to run first before I put the PSU in and then no issues.  Naturally, after the build was done he nuked the front USB, my 128GB flash drive, and the mainboard by static discharge.  Corsair was awesome about replacing the front USB connection, however I had to undo all my cable management to accomplish this.  Just be smart about the build and you will be fine.

Question 7

Will this support a EK-CoolStream XE 360 in the front with fans?  It's a rather thick radiator, and I'm running a gigabyte 970 windforce GPU so I'm worried I won't have enough clearance.

You'll be covering up most of the rubber grommets towards the front of the case. With the EX-CoolStream EX 360, and with the gigabyte 970. You'll have no move to put a 12"inch card, with a 3"inch radiator. Your better off of getting a Full-Tower case. Cause the Corsair Carbide Series Air 740 is only a Mid-Tower.

dust covers? is it only in the back?  did you have to buy any additional dust covers?

Quick answer is no, I did not purchase any additional dust covers.  I used an H115i in the case, so that took care of the top, and the front panel has built in dust cover.  The dust cover itself is not removable, but you can remove the entire front panel and clean it that way.   Hope that helps.

Is it possible that the new Asus Rog Zenith Extreme board will fit in this case without modifications?

I don't have that board.  I don't know the dimensions of the Extreme board, but I do know that corsair 740 will take atx boards up to 272 mm.  My best guess is that an extended ATX board would fit, but you might be hard pressed using a front mounted radiator.  I have a x370 taichi and I could install install top/bottom 240 radiators front 360 w/25mm fans all the way around the board with ease.  ie there is approximately 50mm to play using standard atx with the 740 air.

How would you connect 6 graphics cards in this case to a motherboard such as the ASUS Prime Z-270-P?

if they're double-wide, i'm not sure you could... should probably look into a rack mount? or at least a larger case than this one.
