can you change the side that the window is on? Ex: while facing the case have the window on the right?

No; the way the panels are built they will not hook on correctly if swapped. Besides, all you'd be able to see on the other side is the back of the motherboard.

Can I add a dvd disk drive?

There are no spots for a disk drive in the case. They traded the bays out for front mounted radiator space instead. However, you can use an external disk drive.

I use a Corsair H105 Liquid Cooler for my CPU and I normally always have it at the top.  Would this case let me mount it on the top?

Hmm. I do think that it would fit, but I will say more than likely it will be a very tight fit, depending on cables and the cooler its-self.  Other than that the case is ok , for its cooling ability with moderate places for fans, but it was designed more for water cooling so, you shouldn't have a problem  with it.

Can the CPU power be routed behind the motherboard tray?

Yea it can, it's a tight fit back there and the back of the case bows a little but I got every cord to route back there.

Yes. There isn't much room to spare, but it should fit. That's the same cooler I'm using in mine.

Is there anyway to fit an H100iGTX Water Cooling system in this?  It doesnt look like it would fit.

You can, however based on a video review I saw, the HDD cage would have to be removed to make a dual-fan radiator fit.  The video I'm referencing is on Vortez's channel on YouTube.

In the promotional video from Corsair, the Spec-Alpha computer case shows 3 - 120mm fans running in the front. Under the product specifications it says it can only run 2. How many it actually supports in the front?

you can indeed mount 3 120 mm fans in the front, the third fits quite easily behind the HDD/SSD bay assembly.

it also has mounts for two 120 mm fans at the top, one at the rear, and one at the bottom of the case, unfortunately there is no bulkhead blocking the free flow of air from the front of the case to the top of the case, creating the possibility of a loop of air recirculating inside the skin of the case.

The exhaust fan at the back is black and not lighted. The front two intake fans are both clear plastic with bluish-white LEDs.
