will i need motherboard standoffs?

no, they're included. They are painted black so they're hard to see, but they're screwed into the case at the factory.

Is it setup for a radiator?

I used a Corsair H75 liquid CPU cooler. Yes, it fits- until you try to put the RH windowed cover back on. The H75 screwheads stick out enough that the thumbscrews only go in for about 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn before the cover hits the 2 cooler screwheads under the cover, I solved the problem by replacing the washers on the screws that push the cover out with #6 star washers from Home Depot (Crown Bolt #20521).

My brother bought this case and there is a button on the top that looks like a restart button.He pressed it cause he was curious then his computer says his computer is unable to start. Any sugestions?

The button on the far right?  That would be the reset button.  Your brother may have plugged the wire into the wrong header on the motherboard.

Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus fit inside the case?

Yes it'll fit just fine with a few millimeters to spare. Running a 212 Plus in mine in fact.

The case comes in black with the option of red, orange or white fans. Corsairs website has great pictures of all the models and most are available on Newegg ;)
