Question 1

How does the power switch work?

On my 600T new case all I can feel is the fan reostat when I turn the control knob.
No click when I push on it like a button! Just how does this work?

Do I have a bad switch?

No bad switch; you turn it clockwise to increase fan speed.  Don't push down on it, it isn't pushable.  The left, narrow rectangular button pushes down to initially turn your computer on; the right, narrow rectangular button pushes down should you ever need to 'Reset', or restart should your system hang, ever.

Where are the instructions for cable?

There aren't really any, if you look on the side of the box it gives you a bit more information, but I'll try to help you best I can.

You can power either the fans with out the LEDs or with, if you want to just power the fans just plug them into the fan slots on your motherboard.
 If you want to power both there's a wire that ends in connector with 4 plugs/prongs (this powers the front dial to control fan speed as well) attach that to a power source, then from the front panel there will be four other wires, it's easy to miss, but there are adapters for a male to male connection on the end. Why they are there I cant tell you, but if you're just trying to power the case pull them off and plug any one of them into any of the three wires coming from your fans, this should leave you with one extra cable for a fourth fan if you so desire to purchase one.

All this leaves is the USB 3.0 cable that comes from the front. You really have three options, you can buy a motherboardwith a forward facing USB 3.0  port, rout the cable through the back (normally through the ports used for liquid cooling) and then into the back of your motherboard via the external ports, Or if your motherboard has a 20 pin USB 3.0 port you can follow the advice in the video and purchase an adapter and connect it to that.

Question 3

How do you remove the filter tray under the power supply? I don't want to break it. Looks like it should slide out but it is latched somehow.

The filter on the bottom is really in there. There is no latch or anything. You just have to be firm with it. I have pulled mine out twice thinking that I may have broken it each time. But it did not break. JUST BE FIRM WITH IT.

Question 4

Will this fit a Corsair H105 CPU cooler?

That will depend on your motherboard. I found that the H105 fit fine in my case, but the heat-sync on my ASUS X79 Deluxe would not fit under the radiator when the radiator is mounted underneath the top of the case.
