Any power supply that meets dimensions for the case - Power supply choice has a few other factors - Make sure its compatible with your other components(CPU, GPU, HDD, SSD, RAM, and Motherboard)
Since most PSU's are standard size with standard power cord size any PSU compatible with your components is good. With a case that makes it look like you're trying to have a nice looking PC you may wish to lean towards a fully modular or semi modular PSU to maintain aesthetics via cable management.

Yes, the Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB CC-9011204-WW Black Computer Case is compatible with ATX motherboards. It can also fit up to 2x SSDs and 2x HDDs.

The Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB case can accommodate a 280mm radiator at the top with CORSAIR LPX DRAM or a 240mm radiator with all CORSAIR DRAM. Therefore, the MasterLiquid ML280 Mirror, which is a 280mm radiator, should fit in this case if using CORSAIR LPX DRAM.

I have a 240 mm radiator I wish to top mount. I'd like a kit of Pro Vengeance RGB ram as well. Will the AIO radiator clear the RGB ram??

Yes! I have this case with a 240 mm rad and pro vengeance rgb ram. They do fit. It's close to the fans but it does fit! You might have to remove a fan if you're going to upgrade or exchange ram. Have not tried it yet.

Is the tampered glass tinted on the RGB model?

The white version of the 4000X has clear glass, and the black version has a dark tinted glass.

What is the fan's model used in this case? I would like to purchase additional fan for the back of the case, to match existing fans but I do not have access to this case at the moment to check the fan's model. Thanks!

Looks to me that they don't sell the actual fans it uses or something. The alleged fan model is SP120 RGB Elite AirGuide, good luck finding where to buy them though. I think the SP120 Pro RGB will be a very close match though, the only difference being supports on the fans motor side (where the regulatory label is affixed).

Does this case come with filters for the fans/openings?

Yes, it does have dust covers/filters. Any newer Corsair case will most likely have dust covers/filters included. I don't know with 100% certainty as I have not been hands on with every current Corsair case but that is why you buy the best, you buy Corsair because you know at least this one thing with all Corsair products you purchase... Its not crap.
