odes this have a 3 pin or 4 pin header?

The fans that came with the AF120 case had 3 pin headers. Hope that helps. I would assume those blue fans have the same thing.

Question 2

There is a twin pack on sale of these fans on another retailer. I wanted to ask if anyone thought these fans would be suitable for using in a push pull config with my hyper+ cpu heat sink which can hold a 120mm fan?

My current push pull has this twin pack installed. They work nicely but since I ran out of controllable fan speed jacks on my motherboard they're always at top speed, and being mounted on the side closest to me, they're not super quiet.

Question 3

How bright are the lights on these fans? Will they light up my room in the dark or do they just put off a mellow glow?

Somewhere in between. If you are looking to try to sleep in the same room it can be a bit bright.  On the other hand enough to light up the part of the case they are in.

Question 4

Are these fans recommended for radiators? I have an h100i and I would like to put 2 of these on there. Wanted to ask since these are only 3 pin and do not adjust based on temperature. Thanks in advance.

When dealing with fans being used for radiators, it's important to note that what makes a good case fan may not make a good radiator fan, and vice versa. We've gotten used to reading fan specifications that only list the maximum airflow of the fan, rated in CFM or "Cubic Feet per Minute." In the past couple of years, though, more and more manufacturers have been listing an additional specification, and this is the one we're interested in: static air pressure. Fans which produce high static air pressure are able to better focus and direct airflow, making them more ideal for forcing air through the densely packed fins of a liquid cooling radiator.

would this be a good replacement for a MB Ambition model AV12025?

I have 3 of these fans in my case and at mid speed they are still very quite. 
I looked for the spec on the above fan and couldn't find any so I really 
can't yes or no replacing it. I do know if your looking for a good looking and quite fan this is the one
