Does this have a connector cable? I don't see one in any of the photos.

Yes, it has an attached 3-pin PWM fan cable that can connect to standard PWM pins on a motherboard or fan controller. You may need a PWM fan splitter cable if you plan to have more fans connected to your motherboard than there are connectors on the motherboard.
