I wouldn't worry. Ever since DDR4 the ram modules have been so efficient with low voltage that even the bare green ram sticks are still great to use for any PC. So if you buy any with heat spreaders there is no importance in regards to heat. The chips take remarkable amounts of heat before they even feel like the performance has degraded. I would just pick out what you like the looks of best and what performance you want. This DHX Cooling design is good but it was made for back in 2006 where the RAM chips got hot very quickly under overclocking situations and not normal use cases. So just pick out what you like.

It's boring stuff but it has to be done so your computer doesn't crash while you're using it.
