I believe this product has been refurbished by the manufacturer (Corsair). Mine came in the original box with all parts, fully sealed.

Will this support LGA 1150 socket? I notice they say 1155 and 1156, not 1150

Yes I currently run it on my i5 4670k it has an adjustable clamp to fit the socket the biggest thing to look for is to make sure your case will fit the radiator

How long and flexable is the loop? I'm looking to mount it on a GPU and the radiator on top of a mATX case.

It isn't very long and is not very flexible at all. I think you probably wouldn't be able to use it for what you want to use it for. It works great as a CPU cooler, though. My own case wasn't big enough to mount the cooling fans and the radiator both inside the case so I had to mount the fans outside. There is no way I would have been able to mount the radiator itself outside the case.

You will get it in a full retail box, it'll include everything that the non refurb model would include (even thermal paste pre applied)

I am using this Water cooler in my I7-4770K (Overclocked)  for a year , and it work GREAT, I really recomend this unit is the best unit considering the price / performance.

Is this compatible with the new LGA 2011-3?

According to a recent article on Tomshardware, all coolers compatible with the LGA 2011 CPUs will also work with the new LGA 2011-3 CPUs. One thing of note is that, while the LGA 2011-3 will run slightly warmer than the LGA 2011, this cooler is more than capable of doing the job.

Yes, it comes in full retail packaging, sealed and all.  The only way you'll be able to tell this from a non-refurb is the fact that next to the barcode is a refurbished label.
