I use this with my I7-4770k and it works well.  I did how ever buy a second one for another computer and it fried in a week taking my CPU with it.  I do own quite a few Corsair water coolers and have only had 1 that fried.  I would say that it does work well enough.

you'll need to buy the $5 AM4 screws on the corsair website. The h110 isn't listed but it's pump is the same as the H60s. It works fine

Yup. It'll fit just about every current chip from what I could tell. Just take your time and dont get frustrated or overwhelmed when your putting it all together. It's really quite simple.

Will this cooler fit a Corsair Vengeance C70 mid tower case?

I have a Fractal Design S mid tower case and I did get it to work but it was a tight fit to get the fans inside the top of the case. The back exhaust fan for the CPU would not fit inside the case and so I mounted it outside. However, with this setup you probably don't need the CPU exhaust fan so what I did was overkill and if I do it again I would not mount that particular fan. So if the Corsair case is similar in size to the Fractal case it will work - but check the dimensions. Once its in it does work great.

While I don not have socket 1151, I read at corsair website that all corsair coolers support 115x. Very few exceptions. So, the simple answer is yes for the most part.

It is pre applied to the cpu block but does not come separately. Hope I helped.

Yes.  *Most* Socket 2011 cpu coolers will work on 2011-v3 sockets.

I am using the H110 on an AsRock X99 Extreme3 with a 5960x without any issues.
