The link at the top of the Newegg page says this cooler is "Compatible with the new Intel LGA1700 with purchase of LGA1700 BRACKET from manufacturer”, and later in the description it lists the brackets that are included but they do not include one for the LGA1700.  That top link takes you to a Corsair site for a “LGA1700 Retrofit Kit” with four male-male screws, but not a BRACKET, but THIS site also says “This kit does not come with the brackets or backplate necessary for LGA1200/115x/1700 installation. If you need the entire retention kit, please see part CW-8960093.” When you go to part CW-8960093 this actually IS a KIT, and contains several brackets and screw sets, options, apparently for different installation setups, BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK.  My question is, which part should I be ordering?  Do I just need the 4 screws, or do I need part CW-8960093 with several installation options (when it becomes available!)?

For LGA1700 installation, you will need extra LGA1700 brackets. The product description states 'Extra LGA 1700 brackets required, contact MFR for bracket.' Therefore, you should order the full retention kit (part CW-8960093) that includes the necessary brackets and screw sets when it becomes available.

Anyone try this yet on an LGA1700 cpu+mobo? Trying to understand what comes in the box with this product and what I need to purchase from corsair to work with LGA1700.

The package contents of the Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler include the cooler itself, the CORSAIR Commander CORE, a mounting kit for all modern CPU sockets, two ML RGB Series PWM 120mm fans, fan and radiator mounting screws, thermal compound (pre-applied), an alternative pump cap, a cap removal tool, and a quick start guide. For LGA 1700 compatibility, extra brackets are required, and you need to contact the manufacturer for them.
