Will this fit in a Fractal Design Node 202 or a Silverstone RVZ01? I can't find it on PC Partpicker.

The biggest issue with installing the H5SF into any given sff case is the mounting bracket which is screwed down onto the motherboard standoffs.  The base of the bracket protrudes outside the dimensions of a mini-itx board just slightly.  I installed mine in a Thermaltake core v1, which is more cubic than either of those cases with little trouble.  I also have a system built with the RVZ01, and wouldn't attempt to use the H5SF there.  Just not enough room around the motherboard to mount the bracket.  Cases like the RVZ01 and node are better suited for low profile downdraft air coolers.  The H5SF will be better suited for cube style cases that have much more room around there perimeter of the motherboard standoffs.

Will this fit an HP Z230 SFF workstation case?

based on just the picture.... possibly (sorry for the vagueness) it is a VERY tight fit though between the mobo and the cooler. If you own the case already you may want to measure it. Mine is about 3.5" from top of the cooler to bottom of motherboard

Is the height 84mm from the top of the processor?

84mm is the total height of the radiator/blower assembly once installed onto the CPU/motherboard.  If your case advertised a maximum CPU cooler height, compare the numbers.  Leave a little wiggle room just in case.

Does this have AM4 mounting hardware?

The AMD mount on this cooler uses the old spring-clip system that's been around since Socket 939, and is compatible with AM4.

Is it possible fit a full size graphics card under this? It looks like the hoses are too short.

It sits off to the side enough that you shouldn't need to worry about fitting regular dual-slot GPU's onto your mobo

How is the radiator mounted? It looks like it goes through the the motherboard mounts but then it looks like you couldn't have a dedicated GPU because of the tanks on the side...

Other notes... I am trying to put this in a lian li TU200B with a GTX 960 stock

I too have this question if it'll work in my Lian Li PCTU200B case.  The problem I'm seeing is the height clearance.  The case only allows an 80mm clearance for CPU coolers while the Corsair H5 SF has the height of 84mm.  I wonder if it'd be safe to cram that in and make it fit even if it was a tight squeeze.

This cooler may be a little too fat for the Corsair One (I don't have one so it's hard to tell). However, the hight (from looking at images) seems to be just short enough to not hit the PSU. You might be able to make it work, given its' price it would make for an interesting experiment. I purchased this for $12 a while back just to mod a FURY GPU, which worked out great. I apologize for not being much help on this matter.

Does the bracket block the SATA ports by the RAM slots when installed on the Gigabyte MB included with the Corsair Bulldog case? It looks like it blocks both the Sata express ports and the 4 Sata3 ports on the 90deg angled Sata bracket.

It obstructs the lower three ports on this motherboard, so you lose one SATA Express and two Sata 3 ports due to the bracket.
