On newegg it says the dimesnions are 12.6 by 10.6, however on corsair's website it says 14.5 by 10.6. Which is accurate?

The Newegg dimensions are correct, Corsair site for the actual MM100 pad also say 12.6 by 10.6, except in millimeters. Whatever product you saw the 14.5 inch width on, it is not the MM100.
