is it big enough to put a full size keyboard and a mouse on?

yes. i actually bought the K95 RGB and the M65 RGB and its definitely big for those keyboards. when it arrived to me. i though it the pictures made it look small but when i rolled it open , this is one big mousepad/keyboard combo mat and its very sturdy even on plastic tables.

Can I trim the pad to get it to a specific size?

I haven't tried it myself, but I don't believe it should be too difficult. Just make sure that whatever tools you use to cut it are razor sharp.
