Can this computer's PSU accept simulated sine wave input?

I have no idea, but it is a standard pc PSU. So if others do I would assume this one would.

If I wanted to, what parts are upgradeable?

RAM and NVMe/SSD/hard drives are easily upgradable, and it won't void the warranty. Other components are possible too, but not recommended unless you know what you're doing, and are willing to void your warranty. This is an amazing machine. Small, powerful, quiet even at full load. I just received mine a few days ago. But it's compactly built and not intended for casual user modification.
