It should. Check the Lian Li manual and it should tell you what size PSU that case supports. I fitted this one in 2 different mini ITX cases. No issues.

How long are the cables?
I'm dealing with trying to power a Vega 64 in a DAN A4, so cable management is a nightmare unless they're extremely short.

You should be fine as the shortest cable is 300mm (the main cable).
I use this SFX in my Corsair 280x with an Asus  z390-I board alongside a Asus 2080 OC & Intel i7-9700k and my cable management is pretty sleek.

I also have this in the same model running 10900K and a PNY  RTX  3090. Fits and runs everything fine.
