What does semi-modular mean with this power supply?

Some of the cables are not removable. They are, in general, the cables that are almost always employed . Then there are plugins where you may or may not have a use for them. I like a fully or semi-modular design primarily because I have fewer unused cables to tuck somewhere out of the way while having the ability to expand the capabilities with further parts later.
