It does not appear to be quad channel.  I bought it anyway even though my motherboard supports quad channel.  on my last build 2 years ago I wanted to find out why are there so many top of the line Ram Manufacturers still making Dual channel Ram.  So I googled benchmark results for Ram like this Ram compared to the Quad Channel Ram with higher numbers  At the time that I checked the benchmarks there was no benefit buying the Quad Channel Ram with higher numbers.   The reason was this ram had more than enough data throughput values than was necessary.  Think of it like this.  A four lane freeway that only needs 3 lanes when the flow is at maximum.  Building an 8 lane freeway is not going to allow 3 lanes of traffic any faster than the 4 lane freeway.   I did this research on the benchmarks when I built my new PC with a 1080 Ti Graphics.  since then there has been a nice 2080 ti released and in 2020 will be another released with over 22 GB of Ram.  That coupled with a bigger faster CPU might, if keeping with the previous analogy, require more lanes on your freeway than the four lanes or even the 8 lanes.  So if you are planning to use a particular processor and graphics card and motherboard, before you buy the Ram check the most current Benchmarks.   I recently want looking at the differences in the Intel X299 and 370 and 390 and higher.  Some of those give you many more lanes of traffic and if Hyperthreading capable you can double that number.  So it may be possible to go from 4 to 32 lanes of traffic by just choosing the right Mobo and matching CPU and graphics.  The numbers I used with the lanes of traffic were just random number to illustrate.   I know I said a lot when a yes or no would answer the question you asked.  But I was asking about Quad channel before and found out there were other things I needed to be asking too.
