Does it come with cap? the spec says "capless housing "?

No. 
It slides closed but the inner data strips are exposed if your worried about that. Also the slide action does not snap into place & lock well, i replaced mine with an Extreme by sandisk.
I think kingston Hyper X come with caps, and those two are true 3.0 as far as speed is concernced. Also there is patriot Magnum, fast and a cap if I recall.
Id look at those 3 much faster better quality

Will this work in a USB 2.0 port? I have both 3.0 and 2.0. Will it work for both types or ports?

It works fine in both; it is backwards compatible to USB 2.0. I use it in both ports, on newer PC with both USB 3 and 2, as well as in several PCs with just USB2.

Can I attach this to a keychain of some sort?

Yes, on the opposite side of the USB Port (below the word slider) is a area that would allow an attachment.  You would need the cord that is usually provided with a phone to attach a wristband.  sadly, I don't recall anything in the packaging that would be used and a key ring wouldn't fit through the slot...probably around 1/16" x 3/16".

is this flash drive readyboost compatible?

I would think this thumb drive should be compatible. This thumb drive works fine with USB 2.0 as well.
