What are the effects of using the COSLUS facial cleansing brush?
After each use of the facial cleansing brush can make your face cleaner, firmer, and smoother, with results that are 600% better than washing your face with your hands.
Why does it not work when I turn on the heating function of the facial scrubber?
Adjust the product usage mode to eye protector mode and wait for about 60 seconds. During this time, you can feel the back of the product gradually heating up. After heating, the temperature will rise to 42-48 degrees Celsius.
Why can't I charge the product properly after trying so many times? The charging port cannot be opened. Is it broken?
For this product, you don't need to open it outwards. You just need to align the plug of the charging cable with the charging logo on the back and push it forward to charge it.
