Does it include the pillow? Or is it just the pillow cover?
They are only covers so you need to order 18x18 pillow inserts to fill them with. It's better that way so you can remove, wash, and switch out if you want.
Will a 20"x20" pillow fit in this? How big should the pillow inserts be for these pillow covers?
Yes! Always size up 2 inches for the inserts for square pillows so that your pillows's corners will be filled out. If you buy 18 X 18 pillow covers, order the 20 X 20 pillow inserts.
Do I need to wash these by hand? Or can I wash it by washing machine?
It is machine washable. But the first time it will bleed so I wash them by hand though.
It's cream color or true white?
It’s the cream color. These are soft and really nice fabric.
