Can you see the SSD drives or are they hidden?

The drives sit behind the right hand smoked glass panel so they are fairly well hidden, may be a little visible in a well lit room. You do not need screws to hold drives in either, they just click in place. I'm personally going to upgrade to rgb ssd hard drives and light that side of my case as well so mine will be visible but it's all up to you in how you set it up. Awesome case though

Can you mount vertical video card?

Not possible on this case. You have to consider not only the case, but also the motherboard laye out. Google it or check on YouTube for users who have done similar projects and good luck!

How many fans can the case hold?

The case can hold 3 120mm  or 2 140mm in the front, 3 120mm or 3 140mm fans on the top, a single 120mm on thw back, and a 120mm or 140mm on the bottom plus the PSU fan. The case comes with 4 120mm rgb fans, 3 for the front, and 1 on the back plus the core box. To control the rgb on the fans, you have to use the included core box and remote or buy an mobo with a 5 volt addressable pin set.

Does it has enough room for push and pull radiator configuration on the top?

This case does not have that much room for it.  Look at the pictures in the overview.  it only shows the radiator.  No fans underneath.  So you can only put them on top.  If you want more room and a better rgb controller that uses apps and uses alexa get the Thermaltake level 20 gt case.  Its overall better.  a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.  If price is a problem than this cougar is worth it still.

Were is slotting for cd/dvd drive?

there is no slot for either.  Making it hard on new builds to use the disc for your motherboards drivers.  I had to go to another computer and put the drivers on a pen drive and install them that way.  Everything is starting to move away from disc now to download.  I find that unsettling but that's the way the industry is moving.  Windows 10 actually installs off a pen drive now to.

Question 6

Are the fan color combinations can only be controlled by the remote?? I put 2 batteries in the remote and it doesn't work, very rarely in the beginning. thx

The only way to change color is via the remote. The remote  requires a CR2025 button cell battery. I would add new battery to remote and check system again.

Can you use a heatsink for this case to keep your processor cool or is this case only designed for water/liquid cooling systems in order to keep your processor cool?

This case supports air cooling, so you can use a heatsink to keep your processor cool. It allows for up to eight fans and provides various fan mounting options including front, top, rear, and bottom positions.
