Is there a way this case can hold a second psu?

There is not unless you want to do some serious modding. The one psu spot is under a shroud which is unremovable.

Question 2

Has anyone tried mounting a side fan in this case? I'm worried that it would either hit a tower cooler or a graphics card.

If you mount a side fan, you have to account for the thickness of the fan. Most fans are 25mm thick, which may be too thick. You could try looking for slim fans that are 15mm thick.

LOL!!  Is any case really?  Depends on what you want if for I suppose...
Mine's not a gamer, just a basic PC setup.  I've had it a year or so now, so it's hard to remember the orig. loadout, but I'm thinking I purchased 120mm x4 fans; x2 top and front?   Keeps the case very cool with a good CPU fan.  I had to close of the side of the case panel myself.  They leave an option for a fan there, and none if you don't wish to use it; dust galore if you don't close it off.   I just used velcro and some cheap furnace filter material and fit my own on the inside.   Does the job, but some form of solid, removable panel would have been a nice option.    It's a nice, open case inside; easy to work on, and the panels come off/on easy enough for maintenance, but quite secure.   I wouldn't use it as a high-end gaming case myself, unless stuffing it with only board and video and expecting NOTHING more.  But for a general PC case it's quite above adequate.   Very open design, so no obstructions for air as long as you're neat and smart about your wiring and placement.

Says CPU cooler clearance is 155mm. How tight are the tolerances? Would a Noctua D15 fit (says 160mm height) potentially? Do you think the  case clearance includes the indent in the side panel?

As far as I can tell, the measurements do not include the bump-out on the left (open) side. From the bottom of my CPU cooler to the inside of the bump-out is just shy of 7 inches (can't find my metric ruler, sorry). Just be aware that a large cooler like the Noctua may interfere if you try to put a large case fan on the side panel.

Do the included fans have 4-pin PWM power connectors?

The one sitting in front of me is a 3-pin fan. 
You will use voltage instead of PWM on your board if it lets you choose.

I've ordered this case twice, and both times it came well-supplied with hardware such as standoffs and screws. You'll also get enough zip ties to keep everything neat inside the case.

Will the Asus Rampage Formula III MOBO fit in this case?

Yes, the Asus Rampage Formula III motherboard will fit in this case as it is compatible with ATX motherboards.

Is the front mesh see-thru?  I am not putting any RGB into my build and don't really want to see thru-it.

by taking a look at the pictures taken by previous customers, yes, it is see through to a certain point. rgb can be easily seen through the front mesh, not sure about non rgb fans though.

what size power supply will fit in this case?
