How tall in inches is this case?

Overall 17.5"

The harddrive dock bezel on the top of the case is roughly 1/4" raised above the top metal of the case.

There are also 4 rubber feet on the bottom of the case that are roughly 1/2" tall.

How many fans come with the case?

I remember it having one fan. However, I don't encourage getting this case. You might think you don't need a window, but once you feel the difference between window and no window you can't go back. Also this case is kinda ugly in real life.

will this support an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 ?

The mother board I used is a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H.  It's a great case.  I really like the USB3 port on the front and the hot swap connector on top of the case for a hard drive.

How big of a cpu cooler can I put in this case?

The case has plenty of room for most cpu coolers and will support liquid coolers. Also the design of the mainboard will limit on how big of a cooler you can go. The case will house up to 6 120 mm fans for added cooling this can make up for a smaller CPU fan. I really like the case and I would purchase another one. Hope this answers your question.

Can you fit a cooler master masterliquid lite 120 in it?

There are holes on the rear panel for water cooling solutions, but it doesn't specify what will fit. However the cooler master masterliquid lite 120 is small enough that you shouldn't have any problems fitting it in the case. There is a lot of fan support for this case. It has been a good tower for my build for a while now and I don't plan on using anything else.

Will a 160mm tall cpu cooler fit?

I don't think that it will. I had a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and it was a tight fit at 120mm. I had maybe an inch of clearance but probably less than that, I never measured it.
