Would I need an adapter to plug the USB 3.0 ports directly into the motherboard without using a plug on the back?

There's actually only 1 USB 3.0 port on the front and it's basically a 6 or 7 inch long USB extension cable. For me, it doesn't nearly reach my board on it's own. (I use a mini.) I'm not sure if that length will reach a normal sized board, but I assume it would. If it's compact, then yes. You will definitely need to use an adapter.

Yes, it will.  It will take an ATX size motherboard and you will have plenty of room.

Will this fit a Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i GTX Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm?

Yes, this case is like a ARK, bring on the animals and flood, LOL- hopefully no flood or critters but you have a ton of wiggle room with this rig.

How many sata connectors?

I did not count them but it was more than enough for anyone.  I can physically count them if you want.

Question 5

Is there room in this case for in intake fan?  I had a problem with overheating in my last computer, so I was thinking about adding an extra fan to bring in air and help cycle it through.

There should be specifications listed in the specs tab of the product page, listing the available fan mounts for this case.  Normally, Mid tower cases have one to four 120mm fan mounts for intake/outtake fans.
